Exhibition - Opinel takes to the stage
In its new exhibition, Opinel takes to the stage, retracing its history through the language of theater. Every Tuesday this summer, watch a brand-new, never-before-seen scene, performed and directed by Cie Daniel Gros, live at 4pm and 5pm!
Description
For over a century, Opinel has crossed generations, regions... and imaginations. It's found in literature, film and popular stories. In this new exhibition, Opinel takes to the stage and tells its story through the voice of theater!
As part of the inauguration of the Route de l'Opinel in 2022, the Compagnie Daniel Gros has created and performed 3 sketches retracing different moments in the life of Joseph Opinel in their original settings: his father's workshop, his home and the factory he founded in Gévoudaz.
The Opinel Museum invites you to discover (or rediscover) this collaboration through its new temporary exhibition: Opinel takes to the boards.
