Le Corbier

The 23rd edition of La Grande Odyssée is coming to a spectacular close in Le Corbier! The first runners will start at 5:15 p.m. in La Toussuire (Main Street). The first runners are expected to arrive in Le Corbier starting at 7:00 p.m. (snowfront).
The Royal Canin Grande Odyssée, a must-see event since 2005, is Europe’s most demanding sled dog race, taking place amid the breathtaking landscapes of the Alps. This year, more than 65 mushers and 600 top-level dogs will compete over nearly 400 km, with a total elevation gain of 12,000 m. Each year, more than 50,000 spectators gather at 20 festive stops throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to experience this unique adventure.
Dogs are not permitted at the race finish line or in the musher areas.
Start: La Toussuire starting at 5:15 p.m.
Finish: Le Corbier from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Plan A)
Official Event Village: Le Corbier: 3:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Activities in La Toussuire: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Free of charge.

Village activities starting at 1:00 p.m. Departure from La Toussuire, on the main street, starting at 5:00 p.m., with the first arrivals at Le Corbier, at the base of the slopes, around 7:00 p.m.
