How does it work?
Complete the hikes Max suggests in this booklet. Each hike corresponds to a "star hike" level.
What is a rando star? A rando star is a level of difficulty.
1 rando star = easy level
2 rando stars = medium level
2 stars + rando = intermediate level
3 stars rando = difficult level
3 stars + rando = very difficult level
How do I validate my diploma?
It's easy to validate your apprentice hiker diploma! Ask your parents to take a photo of you in the same position and in the same place as our friend Max, and show it to the Tourist Office reception desk.
What's your reward? Every time you complete a level, you get a surprise!
If you're a real hiking expert and you complete at least one hike in each level (1, 2 and 3), you'll win a collector's Randos de Max keyring!
Are you too short to complete all 3 levels this year? Don't worry, bring your diploma back next year to continue.
For all "Randos de Max" hikes, follow the yellow signs with Max's label: in addition, each hike in this booklet is indicated on the yellow signs by its name and level.
