Le Corbier

A sporty hike to discover the emblematic passes around Le Corbier!

Description

Directions :
1 - From the Tourist Office, head for the MMV residence and take the path just above it, then right to get back onto the road at the small roundabout.
2 - Follow the road to the left towards the Le Corbier exit, in the direction of La Toussuire.
3 - Before the bridge, on the left, take the "des Envers" path and follow Fond de Comborcière.
4 - At a small path between bushes, head for the Croix de Coin Cavour. Be careful, it's uphill!
5 - At the Croix de Coin Cavour, continue as far as Plan de la Guerre, then turn slightly right towards Plan des Combes.
6 - Turn left towards Col de Bellard, then left again to climb to Ouillon. Pass the "L'Eau d'Olle" chairlift arrival point.
7 - Head for Mont Corbier via the ridge, then follow the 4x4 track to the top of the Sybelles Express chairlift. Take the small climb to the right of the chairlift to reach Mont Corbier, where you'll find the orientation table.
8 - Return to the resort from the top of the Sybelles Express chairlift, taking the 4x4 track to the top of the Voie lactée.
9 - Then take the path on the left that passes over the Ourson chairlift, join the Les Pistes residence and pass over the Hôtel Mont Corbier to the snow front.

Good to know:
- On the climb up to the Coin Cavour cross, the marmots are often out and about!
- L'Ouillon is the connecting point between the resorts in the SYbelles ski area.
