A newcomer to the resort, The Local Truck is the essential food truck for a gourmet break in Corbier. At the helm: Aurel, who offers generous, accessible cuisine, ideal for both small hungers and big appetites.
The à la carte menu features quality fast food, including burgers, tacos, paninis and focaccias, as well as delicious homemade desserts to finish on a sweet note. Vegetarian options are also available.
The Local Truck also offers a catering corner, with takeaways that vary from day to day.
